My philosophy has always been that self knowledge leads to self empowerment and I have spent the last 14 years of my life dedicated to knowing myself deeply and intimately. I have explored so many modalities and each has led to immense expansion and growth. I bring all of this body of knowledge into my sacred healing and mentorship containers along with my ability to look at someone and understand what their optimal expression is and what needs to happen for that optimal expression to be realized, what blocks need to be released, what conditioning needs to be untangled.

This is my life’s work and my greatest gift, to serve as a Guide and a mirror. It is my immense privilege to embark on the most profound and transformational journeys a human can take, diving deep into the hidden realms and making that which is unconscious conscious so that it is no longer a burden that we carry around, weighing us down.
