Your Thoughts, Words, Beliefs

Maybe you’ve heard this before, maybe you haven’t… maybe you are thinking right now, “yeah, yeah, ok my words, my thoughts, my beliefs create my reality, so what??”

If you are feeling discomfort in your life, if you are feeling frustrated, drained, upset, angry, if things are not working out the way you always envisioned they would, if your perfect career or marriage is imploding or it was never all that amazing to being with, if your family is driving you crazy, if you developed an illness, if the uncertain future scares the shit out of you, if you are feeling depressed and dejected, if you are using food, TV, alcohol or sex as a way to distract yourself from your problems and the relief you are getting is so temporary, if your pain feels unbearable, if you are questioning things that you felt you were so sure about, if the intensity of challenges seems to be picking up, if you are feeling stuck and suffocated in any area of your life with no way out, if financially things have gotten rough, if you are grieving loss, if you are drowning in guilt and shame, if you are feeling fed up, if you are feeling just bored, if you are just experiencing numbness and the joy that you once knew has been sucked out of your life, or if you have never truly experienced joy, the kind of joy that touches your soul and shocks you out of your routine existence - then it is time to really take the above statement VERY seriously and deeply examine the quality of your thoughts, words and beliefs and what you are projecting outwards into this world!! This is the tried and tested path to end suffering.
