How do you go about healing?

The simplest explanation I can give is this - you created beliefs that don’t serve you at some point in your life, mostly during the earliest years of your life. These beliefs were installed either during traumatic events or just normal day to day events or you picked them up from the collective consciousness - the beliefs of others around you.

Your goal on the healing journey is to uproot and dismantle and clear these faulty beliefs systems at the ROOT by going back to the very first time you created them - Why go to the very first time? Because if you removed a weed without pulling out its roots, guess what will happen? It will come right back up.

As you are clearing these faulty belief systems, you are also clearing from your emotional body, all the negative emotions that were generated from keeping these beliefs in place - the anger, fear, sadness, guilt, shame - these get stored inside your body eventually manifesting as physical disease.

There are many, many, many ways to clear negative thought forms and emotions that we are hosting in our body. My work during sessions is intuitively guided and structured to address the layer that is showing up in your life right now by working with your conscious mind, which is the most visible layer and all the INVISIBLE LAYERS (subconscious mind / inner child / shadow / emotional body) that most of us never explore, where all the gold is!
